Pasture Raised Turkey Breast (Corn and Soy Free)

I ordered various turkey parts since I wasn’t hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year and I didn’t want to miss out on some good meat. I found an awesome recipe and decided to go for it! I used softened butter, rosemary, sage, thyme, crushed garlic, salt and pepper and smeared it all over the breast. Then baked it at 325F. When I finished roasting the boneless breast (90 minutes) it was tender and juicy as could be! I must have eaten 2/3rds of it all by myself! Whatever’s left will likely end up as turkey salad but this is quality turkey! I can’t wait to leave reviews for the other parts I purchased! Thanks again Frankie!!
